Salou, on the Costa Dorada, offered a different kind of experience. Coming from Italy, the vibrant energy of this coastal town was immediately noticeable. Sun-drenched beaches and a lively atmosphere filled the air. While perhaps not as steeped in ancient history as Rome or as architecturally grand as some other cities, Salou presented a more relaxed and playful vibe. It’s a place where the Mediterranean sun truly shines, and the focus seems to be on enjoying the simple pleasures of the sea and the good company.
