Usually you see the portraits with the facial expressions of the people, and you can try to understand their emotional state on each photograph. In this photo project, I took pictures of people from behind, without revealing their faces. This pictures are also called “backtraits.” In this way, I’ll let you imagine the lineaments of people’s faces, the color of their eyes and the facial expression at the moment of shooting. Usually, a person is always looking for a face of another human in the images. In these photos, however, I would like to put you in difficulty, so you use your imagination, inventing the face of each character, based on the context and your personal experience.
